I. Rights of residents of student residences.
1.1. Use of kitchens, laundry rooms, toilets and washing areas in student residence buildings;
1.2. Apply to the administration for repair, renewal of equipment, furniture and other property that has become unusable, and elimination of deficiencies in the use of household services;
1.3. Active participation in spiritual, educational, sports and educational events held in student residences;
1.4. Make proposals to the student residence administration regarding the created conditions;
1.5. Nominate their candidacy for the chairman of the Student Council and its members;
1.6. Elect the chairman of the Student Council and its members;
1.7. Make their proposals regarding the activities of the student residence administration;
II. Obligations of residents of student residences.
2.1. Strictly follow the internal regulations of the university;
2.2. Timely payment for student residences at the established rates;
2.3. Be on duty in rooms, floors and entrances according to the duty schedule, ensure exemplary cleanliness in spiritual and educational rooms, recreation areas;
2.4. Efficient use of gas and electrical appliances and compliance with technical safety rules;
2.5. Always keep rooms and common areas neat and tidy;
2.6. Maintain a friendly and harmonious relationship with students living in apartments and student residences;
2.7. Carry out the tasks of floor captains and the student council;
2.8. Maintain all equipment in the student residence and room (wardrobe, sofa, bookshelf, table, chair, etc.) in an exemplary condition;
2.9. Furniture in the student residence and room, windows and mirrors;
2.10. Not to break furniture in the student residence and room, windows and mirrors, not to change door locks without the permission of the director of the student residence;
2.11. Take care of lighting, electric and gas stoves installed in common areas, and use the equipment of the bathroom, kitchen, and spiritual and enlightenment rooms properly;
2.12. Use electric and gas stoves economically, and do not use artificial and improvised electric heaters;
2.13. Be on duty according to the schedule, clean the floor and common areas (toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) within the specified time, and remove household waste to specially designated places in a timely manner;
2.14. Regularly participate in the cleaning, landscaping, and improvement work carried out in the student dormitory;
2.15. Obtain permission from the dean of the faculty and submit it to the dormitory captain to leave the student dormitory for 1-2 days for various reasons (to visit home, a close relative, friend, or another address);
2.16. Before leaving the student dormitory for a long period of time (for summer and winter vacation, vacation, internship), hand over the equipment in the room and the room key to the head of the student dormitory;
2.17. After the end of the academic year, hand over the room and its equipment to the head of the student residence administration within a week;
III. Residents of the student residence are prohibited from:
3.1. Moving from one room to another without the permission of the head of the student residence administration;
3.2. Doing laundry in the living room;
3.3. Moving the equipment in the room to another room without permission;
3.4. Changing the electrical networks in the room at will and installing additional lighting;
3.5. Drawing various pictures on the walls, sticking various papers;
3.6. Turning up the volume of sound devices, singing loudly and playing musical instruments;
3.7. Using electric heaters and devices that use kerosene;
3.8. Providing a place for a stranger to stay overnight;
3.9. Consumption, storage of alcoholic beverages and drugs, smoking and selling tobacco products are prohibited.
IV. Encouraging students living in student housing
4.1. Students who actively participate in the life of the student housing and have exemplary behavior are encouraged in the following manner:
-Honorary certificate;
-express gratitude;
-awarded with souvenirs;
-provided with financial incentives.
4.2. Students who actively participate in the social life and public affairs of the student dormitory, who set an example among students with their exemplary behavior and decency, and who actively participate in spiritual and educational events, competitions and sports competitions and achieve high results are awarded with certificates of honor and souvenirs by the rector of the university and the dean of the faculty on holidays dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Day of the Adoption of the Constitution;
4.3. Students who consistently comply with the rules of the student dormitory, and for their orderliness, decency, and activity in public affairs, are awarded a certificate of honor and souvenirs by the dean of the faculty and the group coach.
